No new bracelet for Phil Hellmuth | Poker Bonus Club Marawa
In his quest for being the best poker player in the world, Phil Hellmuth counts in bracelets. The 11-times bracelet winner thinks that you can measure the true succes of a poker player by the number of bracelets he has.
So, when Hellmuth got into the final table of WSOP Event #41: The $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-low Split-8 or Better. He was determined to win it. With 11 bracelets only in No Limit Hold’em, a bracelet in another form of poker would be a premiere.
Starting the final table as 7th in chips, Phil had a lot of work to do. After a few double ups Hellmuth got it all-in with :As:Th:3c:2h, unfortunately he was up against :Ah:Ad:Qh:8c. No low cards in the deck, and the UB-sponsored Pro had to leave the final table finishing 7th.
A big dissapointment for Hellmuth and the $30,633 prize money probably didn’t help to make him feel better..
